Tamiflu
Tamiflu (oseltamivir) can be prescribed to treat flu. When you experience headache, stuffy or runny nose, muscle aches, sore throat, cough, joint aches, tiredness, chills and fever these symptoms can be relieved faster than usual. Side effects are uncommon and usually mild. They can include headache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and stomach pain. In case you experience any of the following serious side effects report them right away to your health care provider: rash, hives, swelling, hoarseness, trouble breathing or swallowing, blisters on the skin and unusual behavior. Parents of the children or adolescents taking Tamiflu must make sure they watch carefully for any signs of unusual behavior, as in some cases patients from this age group have been reported to have suicidal thoughts and certain other psychological effects.
